Protecting the Home with a Complete Roof and Gutter Replacement
Challenge
The homeowner reported an active roof leak during the initial assessment. A comprehensive inspection of the roofing system and exterior drainage components revealed that the gutter system was not functioning properly. Multiple sections of the gutters contained major dents, exhibited significant wear due to age, and showed signs of deterioration that limited their ability to effectively channel water away from the home. The compromised condition of the gutters likely contributed to inadequate drainage, which can increase the risk of water intrusion, damage to the roof and fascia, foundation issues, and soil erosion around the property. Based on the inspection findings, the existing gutter system was determined to be in need of replacement to restore proper drainage and help protect the home's exterior from further water-related damage.
Solution
One of our highly trained Roofing Consultants, Kevin Peer, visited the homeowner's property to perform a comprehensive inspection of the roof and gutter system. During the inspection, Kevin identified extensive wear and deterioration consistent with the age of the materials, as well as damage that was affecting the overall performance of both the roof and gutters.
After evaluating the condition of the home, Kevin recommended a complete roof and gutter replacement to provide a durable, long-term solution and restore proper protection against the elements. To address the homeowner's needs, our team installed a new roofing system along with new white gutters and drip edge. This replacement improved the home's water management system, enhanced curb appeal, and provided reliable, long-lasting protection for the property.
