Clay

Originally from Glendive, Montana, Clay brings over 20 years of experience in the construction industry and a strong work ethic built from hands-on roles across multiple trades. His background includes work as a finish carpenter, framer, and in the oil fields, as well as five years of experience specializing in gutters. Before entering construction full-time, Clay also worked as a FedEx delivery driver, where he developed a strong sense of reliability and customer service.

Clay appreciates the company’s size, solid benefits, and competitive pay, which allow him to contribute meaningfully while maintaining a great work-life balance. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors: riding his dirt bike, fly fishing, and relaxing on the boat whenever he can!
